Physical Therapy Rehabilitation That Rebuilds Strength and Function

Recovery is not a straight line — but it should always have direction. At All In One Specialty Health, our physical therapy team creates structured rehabilitation plans built around your assessment, your body, and your goals. Whether you're returning from surgery, managing pain, or regaining mobility after an injury, we provide guided, hands-on care designed to help you move forward safely.

Results vary based on condition, consistency, and overall health.

Our process

Recovery becomes clearer when the process is visible.

Patients should understand what happens first, what happens next, and how progress is reviewed.

01

Comprehensive Evaluation

We assess your history, movement, strength, and pain patterns — and listen to what matters to you.

02

Personalized Plan

You receive a structured rehabilitation plan with clear goals, timelines, and milestones.

03

Guided Sessions

Hands-on, supervised treatment — therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and education — all adapted to your response.

04

Progress Reviews

We track your improvements, adjust the plan as you progress, and prepare you for the return to the activities that matter most.

Evaluations and treatment take place at our clinic at 16191 NW 57 Ave, Suite A. For hours, directions, and the appointment request form, see physical therapy in Miami Gardens.

Physical therapy FAQs

Practical answers before your first evaluation.

?Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?

Florida allows a licensed physical therapist to evaluate and treat without a physician referral for up to 30 days. Your insurer may still require a referral for payment. Call (786) 613-7160 and we will confirm both.

?How long will my rehabilitation take?

It depends on your condition, history, and goals. After your initial evaluation, you'll receive an estimated plan duration and clear milestones.

?What should I wear to my session?

Comfortable, flexible clothing you can move in — athletic wear is ideal. Supportive, closed-toe shoes are recommended.

?Will the treatment be painful?

We work within a safe, tolerable range and communicate with you throughout. Some discomfort can be normal during recovery; sharp or unexpected pain is never the goal.

?Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept the commercial and Medicare plans listed on our insurance page (Florida Blue and Humana for PPO plans only), plus PIP, LOP, and workers' compensation. We do not accept Medicaid. We do not promise a 24–48 hour authorization. Call (786) 613-7160 with your member ID.

?What happens at the first visit?

Plan on 45–75 minutes: intake, a movement exam, a plain-language plan, and often a short home program. Same-week follow-ups are typical when the schedule allows — not walk-in same-day PT.

?Can physical therapy and mental health be coordinated here?

Yes. Both are offered at the same Miami Gardens clinic. Details are on our coordinated care page.

If your question is not listed here, call our team and we will guide you to the right next step.
