Same building, different clinic

All In One Specialty Health is not All In One Care Solutions

We are the physical therapy and mental health practice at 16191 NW 57 Ave, Suite A. All In One Care Solutions is a separate medical clinic in the same building. If you booked PT or counseling, you want Specialty Health — this website (aiospecialty.com) and (786) 613-7160.

Google Business Profile, reviews, and website for Specialty Health should always use aiospecialty.com — not a Care Solutions URL.

What we treat

What we help Hialeah patients with most

Every plan starts with a one-on-one physical therapy evaluation. What we find in that exam, and what you need to get back to (work, driving, caring for family, sports), shapes the plan.

Car accident injuries (PIP and LOP)

Neck and back pain, whiplash-type strains, and shoulder or knee injuries after a crash. Florida law requires initial care within 14 days of the accident to use PIP benefits, so don't wait to see if the pain goes away on its own. We accept PIP and also work with letter of protection (LOP) cases.

Recovery after surgery

Rehab after orthopedic surgery such as knee or hip replacement, ACL reconstruction, or shoulder repair, following your surgeon's instructions and restrictions. If you have your post-op paperwork or protocol, bring it to the first visit.

Hands-on care and modalities

Depending on your evaluation, your plan can combine exercise with manual therapy, electrical stimulation (electrotherapy), therapeutic ultrasound, and low-level laser therapy. These support your exercise program and daily function; they are not a stand-alone cure, and we explain why each one is, or is not, part of your plan.

FAQs

Questions from Hialeah patients

?How long is the drive from Hialeah?

It depends on where you start. From north Hialeah (W 84 St & W 12 Ave) it is about 5 minutes; from W 49 St near the Palmetto, about 10; from central Hialeah or Hialeah Gardens, about 12–13. These are approximate times without traffic; rush hour takes longer.

?Do you have an office in Hialeah?

No. We see every patient at our Miami Gardens clinic, 16191 NW 57 Ave, Suite A, Miami Gardens, FL 33014. Most routes from Hialeah finish by heading north on Red Road (NW 57 Ave).

?Can I use PIP if I live in Hialeah?

Yes. We accept PIP, and your city does not change how Florida PIP works. Timing does: Florida law requires initial care within 14 days of the accident to use PIP benefits. Call us with your auto insurance details and we will verify coverage before you start.

?Do you take LOP cases?

Yes. We accept letter of protection (LOP) cases. If you already have an attorney, have their contact information ready when you call so we can confirm the details before your first visit.

?Do you take Medicare Advantage plans like CarePlus or Solis?

Yes. We accept Medicare Part B and these Medicare Advantage plans: Aetna (HMO), AvMed, CarePlus, Devoted Health, Florida Complete Care, Preferred Care Partners, and Solis Health. Coverage and referral rules depend on your specific plan, so we verify your benefits before the first visit.

?Is care fully in Spanish?

It can be. Evaluations, treatment sessions, home exercises, and insurance questions can all be handled in Spanish, or in English if you prefer. Our team provides bilingual care.

If your question is not listed here, call our team and we will guide you to the right next step.
