Patient-centered care · Licensed clinical team · Bilingual support (English/Spanish) · Convenient Miami Gardens location
Coordinated specialty care
Pain, stiffness, and low mood often travel together. At All In One Specialty Health you can receive licensed physical therapy and confidential mental health support at the same Miami Gardens address — with bilingual staff and a plan that can be coordinated when you consent. We do not claim to be the only clinic that offers both.
Physical therapy and mental health are offered in the same Miami Gardens clinic. Same-week scheduling when available — not a walk-in clinic.

Crisis resource notice
This website is for informational purposes only and is not a medical emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, call 911 or 988.
Who this helps
Using both services is optional. Many people start with physical therapy only. Your clinician may suggest mental health support when pain, sleep, or worry is slowing rehab — you decide.
How coordination works
We do not claim to be the only clinic in Miami Gardens that offers both services. We do keep physical therapy and mental health in the same building so you are not coordinating two unknown offices yourself.
When you call, say whether you want physical therapy, mental health support, or both. We schedule what is appropriate — not a guaranteed same-day double visit.
Each service has its own intake. Physical therapy is led by Patricia Freire, PT. Mental health sessions stay confidential under professional rules.
If both clinicians are involved, they share only what you authorize — for example activity limits or sleep disruption — within HIPAA. We do not merge records without permission.
Follow-up visits stay at 16191 NW 57th Ave Suite A. Home exercises and therapy goals can be explained in English or Spanish.
Physical therapy
Clinical leadership is Patricia Freire, PT (Florida license PT13065). Evaluations follow Florida’s 30-day direct-access rule when it applies.
Mental health
Mental health care is available at the same address. We do not publish named clinical social worker credentials on this page.
Questions
Sometimes we can schedule both on the same day if openings align. It is not guaranteed and we do not operate as a walk-in clinic. Same-week appointments are the usual standard.
Persistent pain, poor sleep, and fear of movement can slow rehab. A brief history helps the PT pace exercise safely. It is not a psychiatric diagnosis, and you can decline questions that do not feel relevant.
Only what you authorize, and only as needed for safe care — for example lifting limits or that pain is disrupting sleep. Mental health details stay confidential except for safety limits explained at the start of that service.
Each service is billed under its own benefits. We verify physical therapy and mental health coverage separately. We do not promise a 24–48 hour authorization, and we do not accept Medicaid. Call (786) 613-7160 with both member IDs if you have them.
Physical therapy is provided by Patricia Freire, PT (Florida license PT13065). Mental health counseling is provided by Rosa Barroso, LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor).
